We accept Credit and Debit Cards by Visa, MasterCard and Paypal.

At LOUISE & ZAID, your personal online security is very important to us.  All the payments are protected under the latest SSL encryption technology, Verified by Visa and Mastercard Secure Code. We do not store any information about the credit/debit cards transactions done through our web.

All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment to LOUISE & ZAID, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

 

WHICH COUNTRIES DOES LOUISE & ZAID SHIP TO?

 

 

LOUISE & ZAID ships worldwide and the shipments are delivered by DHL Express Service. Shipping costs are the following:

FREE delivery for order over 210€.

For all orders under 210€ (Spain: Free, Rest of the European Union countries: 10 €, other countries: 18 €).

 

 

HOW MUCH DUTIES AND TAXES WILL I HAVE TO PAY?

 

 

Prices shown on this site are in Euros and are inclusive all taxes, fees & duties for orders to the following countries:

European Union, USA, Canada, Australia, Switzerland, Norway and Japan.

For all other countries LOUISE & ZAID will not be held responsible for any taxes, custom duties or fees that may apply in the place of destination of the shipment. We recommend that you contact your local DHL office to have an estimate.

 

 

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

 

 

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive email confirmation of your shipping details and a tracking number.

 

 

WHAT PACKAGING WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED IN?

 

 

Every Louise & Zaid item is shipped in a sleek white box and goes with an elegant cloth bag.

You can also choose the option of shipping your order as a gift. In this case, you can send a personalized card. You only have to indicate it in the “Comments” field that can be displayed in the checkout process and write the text of your election. You can also send us an e-mail to info@louisezaid.com.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?

 

 

All our items are carefully made by hand in our atelier in very limited editions and made to order for every customer. We need time to do our pieces with the level of excellence and strong attention to details required. Due to this, the estimated times of shipping are around 6 working days.

Once the order is shipped, you will receive it in 1-3 days time.

In case you need your order urgently, please contact us via e-mail (info@louisezaid.com). We will inform you as soon as possible whether it is possible to send your order within that period.

 

HOW DO I RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM?

 

 

If your order does not satisfy you, you have 14 days to return it. You must return the item in the same condition as you received it, using and including all original packaging. Any labels or controls must not be manipulated or remove to guarantee their non-use.

In case you decide to return your order, you only have to send an e-mail to info@louisezaid.com indicating the item you want to return and we proceed to arrange the collection.

LOUISE & ZAID will pick up returns for FREE. You must contact us via e-mail to info@louisezaid.com so that we can organize a collection from your home. Once received and inspected the returned item/s, we will make the refund.

 

 

WILL I BE REFUNDED THE FULL VALUE OF MY ORDER?

 

 

Yes, the refund of the full value of the returned item will be done in the same method used in the payment and, excluding shipping costs.

Please be aware that the time of refunding may vary depending on the terms and conditions of the payment method used.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS FOR BOW TIES

 

 

Bow ties can be made without hook & eye fastening for a completely self-tie style. You only have to indicate it in the “Comments” field that can be displayed in the checkout process.
